Ten years of great service
We have used Pure Choice since February 2015 when they installed our Hague 400 Maximizer water softener. They have given us great service and helped out when we had to reinstall the softener after a kitchen upgrade. Ten years and three months later, we needed a new softener and again Pure Choice came up trumps with the Hague 410 Maximizer (an improved model).

Good professional advice from Carl on initial visit, then smooth installation by Jimmy of Hague Maximiser 410 to replace our 15-year old water softener. We now have strong and consistent water flow, in all a vast improvement. Friendly Water is a well-established and reliable company, highly recommended.

New install as part of a kitchen refit
Was recommended through A1 Bathrooms in Basingstoke as a supplier of water softners. Being in one of the hardest water areas in the country it was essential for us to get a water softener. Carl who checked out the property pre-install checked everything and explained the best options in great detail, and recommended a Hague product which was installed professionally and fully explained and demonstrated post install. Unit has been functioning perfectly now and a few weeks in I can already tell the difference in water quality. Would highly recommend.
